As the General Manager ICT, you will:
- Lead and elevate the ICT function, building a high-performing, service-oriented and innovative team
- Drive execution of the organisation’s Digital Strategy, delivering transformation and measurable business outcomes
- Provide trusted strategic advice to the Executive Team on technology, systems and emerging trends
- Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, systems and service delivery
- Strengthen cybersecurity, risk management and data integrity
- Lead major technology programs, budgets, vendors and partnerships
- Optimise and evolve key business systems (ERP, CRM, scheduling) to improve efficiency and integration
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and data-driven decision making
About You
You are an ICT leader with a proven ability to deliver enterprise-wide transformation and innovation.
You bring:
- 10+ years’ experience managing contemporary IT infrastructure and business systems in a medium-sized organisation
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
- A strong track record of delivering digital innovation and business improvement
- Strong expertise across IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity and risk
- A collaborative, outcomes-focused approach with a strong service mindset
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets and deliver complex projects
- Exceptional ability to influence, engage and partner with stakeholders at executive level
- Experience in the NDIS, health or community services sector (desirable)
- Right to work in Australia and ability to obtain required checks (NDIS Workers Screening, National Police Clearance, etc)
