About the role

As the Therapy Scheduling Coordinator, you will:

• Lead a team of 8 schedulers to ensure smooth therapy scheduling across regions
• Report to the Therapy Services Coordinator and build strong relationships with team leaders, managers & customers
• Drive process redesign and implement system solutions for efficient scheduling
• Monitor task allocation and workforce coverage using data insights
• Foster a high-performing, adaptable team culture

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar scheduling or coordination role
• Advanced computer skills, including use of customer management and scheduling systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Calm under pressure and able to think differently
• Collaborative, values-driven approach with a passion for supporting others
