We are seeking expressions of interest from Physiotherapists who are interested in stepping into a Clinical Lead role within the South team until February 2027.

This is an opportunity to contribute to clinical leadership across Therapy Services while continuing to strengthen your own practice and influence.

 

About the role

The Clinical Lead Physiotherapist plays an important role in supporting high-quality, evidence-based practice across the team. You will work alongside Team Leaders and other Clinical Leads to support therapist capability, strengthen clinical reasoning, and promote consistent, high-quality outcomes for customers.

📅 Fixed Term Contract, 26 October 2026 - 8 February 2027

⏰ Part Time, 0.4FTE

📍 South hub

 

Key responsibilities

  • Provide clinical consultation and support to physiotherapists and the wider team
  • Support clinical reasoning, assessment and intervention planning
  • Mentor and build capability across the team
  • Promote consistent, evidence-based practice aligned to Therapy Services approaches
  • Contribute to service development, quality improvement and innovation
  • Support strong connection between clinical input and meaningful customer outcomes

 

About you

  • Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated experience working across a range of populations and presentations
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in leadership, mentoring and developing others
  • Ability to influence and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to high-quality, person-centred outcomes
