About the Opportunity

We are inviting expressions of interest for a fixed-term Clinical Nurse Coordinator placement at Bradford Views, commencing on 22 August 2025 and concluding on 19 October 2025. This is a rewarding opportunity to step into a leadership role, support a dedicated nursing team, and contribute to high-quality, person-centred care.

This role focuses on case management and clinical oversight, with RNs and ENs delivering direct care under your guidance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the holistic health needs of customers are met while fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to the nursing team
  • Case manage the health needs of 20 customers
  • Coordinate site orientation, clinical training, and supervision
  • Promote best practice and sound clinical decision-making
  • Oversee and maintain high standards of health documentation
