Are you passionate about shaping organisational culture, strengthening employee engagement, and leading initiatives that make a meaningful difference across Ability WA?

We are seeking expressions of interest from motivated and experienced employees for the position of Organisational Development Lead.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will lead a number of key organisational development initiatives that support Ability WA's strategic priorities and contribute to a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.

Based at our Coolbinia Head Office, the Organisational Development Lead will work collaboratively with leaders, employees and stakeholder groups to drive engagement, foster inclusion, and strengthen organisational capability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the finalisation and implementation of Ability WA's Reconciliation Action Plan.
  • Advancing Ability WA's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy and associated initiatives.
  • Managing the annual Have Your Say Employee Survey, including promotion, coordination, analysis and supporting the implementation of outcomes.
  • Coordinating and facilitating employee consultation and engagement frameworks, including the Employee Representative Group.
  • Leading organisation-wide initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement and workplace culture.
  • Collaborating with leaders and employees to translate feedback into meaningful actions and continuous improvement opportunities.

About You

You are a collaborative and influential professional with a passion for organisational development and creating positive employee experiences.

You will bring:

  • Experience leading projects, programs or initiatives that drive organisational, cultural or workforce outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to facilitate consultation, encourage participation and influence positive change.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and project coordination skills.
  • A commitment to diversity, inclusion and employee engagement.
  • The ability to work both strategically and operationally to achieve organisational objectives.
