About the role

As a Senior Customer Services Officer, you’ll use your admin strengths to keep our Therapy Services team running at its best and make a real difference every day.

⏰ Full Time position

💼 Fixed Term Contract for 3 months, commencing in March 2026

📍 Based at our state-of-the-art hub in Murdoch

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with Therapy Team Leaders and Managers
  • Manage complex administrative tasks and support continuous improvements
  • Handle financial processes including billing, NDIS claims, account reconciliation and reporting
  • Maintain accurate customer records and support systems, including onboarding and student placements
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, therapists, and internal teams
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments; support reception and general office operations
  • Prepare professional correspondence and documents; manage supplies and purchasing in line with business need

 

About You

We're looking for someone who brings: 

  • Experience in a senior administrative or client-facing role
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple systems
  • Well-developed computer skills and experience within Microsoft Office
  • A collaborative, values-driven approach with a passion for supporting others
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, National Police Clearance, drivers licence, COVID vaccination)
