We are seeking Expressions of Interest from Occupational Therapists who are interested in stepping into a Clinical Lead role within the South team to backfill parental leave.
This is an opportunity to contribute to clinical leadership across Therapy Services while continuing to strengthen your own practice and influence.
About the role
The Clinical Lead OT plays an important role in supporting high-quality, evidence-based practice across the team. You will work alongside Team Leaders and other Clinical Leads to enhance capability, provide guidance, and support strong outcomes for customers, all the while driving clinical excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical consultation and support to therapists across the South team
- Support clinical reasoning, assessment, and intervention planning
- Mentor and build capability in Occupational Therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Promote consistent, evidence-based practice aligned to Therapy Services approaches
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and innovation
- Support a strong connection between clinical excellence and customer outcomes
About you
- Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience working across a range of populations and presentations
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to support others in decision-making
- Interest in leadership, mentoring, and developing others
- Ability to influence and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Alignment with our values and commitment to high-quality customer outcomes
