About the role
We are seeking a Community Services Operations Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services that empower people with disability to live the life they choose.
Reporting to the General Manager Home & Living this is a senior leadership role responsible for operational, people, customer and financial performance across a services portfolio.

In this role, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of community and home & living services
- Drive a person-centred, customer-first approach across all programs
- Coach, lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Ensure services are safe, compliant and aligned to Quality & Safeguarding standards
- Manage portfolio financial performance and sustainability
- Partner with families, stakeholders and community organisations
- Lead the management of customer feedback, incidents and continuous improvement
- Contribute to strategic planning, operational delivery, and service growth
About you
You are an experienced and values-driven leader with a strong background in community or disability services.
You will bring:
- Proven leadership experience in community or disability services
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and contemporary service delivery models
- Demonstrated ability to deliver customer outcomes and financial performance
- Experience leading teams and building a positive, engaged culture
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable)
- Right to work in Australia & ability to obtain required checks
