Ability WA is inviting internal Expressions of Interest from motivated and capable employees who are ready to take the next step into the Administration Coordinator role.

This is a great opportunity to build your leadership capability, influence how customer data is managed across the business, and play a key role in supporting teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and lead a small, collaborative team in a role that is fast‑paced, varied, and rewarding.

If you enjoy problem‑solving, improving systems, and supporting others to succeed, this role could be an excellent fit.

This role is offered on a full‑time fixed‑term basis from 29 June 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Be the go‑to person for customer data and CMS‑related matters within the business unit
  • Support and guide team members through CMS training and ongoing system support
  • Oversee customer billing data, investigate rejections, and proactively address data quality issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate internal audits, policy reviews, and communicate procedural updates
  • Respond to a range of customer and stakeholder enquiries with a solution‑focused approach

What You’ll Bring

You’ll bring a strong mix of technical capability, organisation, and people skills, including:

  • Experience and/or a relevant qualification in administration, data management, or a similar analytical role
  • The confidence to lead, support, or coordinate a small team (formal leadership experience is desirable but not essential)
  • Strong communication and administrative skills with a customer‑focused mindset
  • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a changing environment
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

Compliance Requirements

Applicants will need to meet (or be willing to maintain) Ability WA’s standard compliance requirements, including a National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, valid ‘C’ Class driver’s licence, and completion of mandatory training modules.

Why This Opportunity?

  • Build leadership and coordination experience
  • Contribute to meaningful improvements in systems and processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Be supported in your career development and growth at Ability WA

We encourage internal employees to apply even if they don’t meet every requirement — if you have transferable skills and the motivation to succeed, we’d love to hear from you.

How to Submit Your EOI

Please submit a brief Expression of Interest, including:

  • A short cover letter outlining your interest and suitability
  • Your current resume
