Therapy Services Operation Manager - Central Hub

- $119,350 to $135,263 pa + super + salary packaging
About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where you’ll shape the direction of a multidisciplinary Allied Health team of around 50 employees, driving meaningful outcomes for customers and their families across WA.
This role reports to the Executive Manager, Therapy Services and works closely with other senior leaders.

📅 Fixed Term 6 Month Contract commencing, 1st June 2026.
📍Central Hub (Coolbinia), with flexible work options.
Day to day, you will:
- Lead a large multidisciplinary Allied Health team delivering high-quality, strengths-based Therapy Services
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture where people feel supported to do their best work
- Manage resources effectively to ensure services are delivered within budget and meet strategic and operational KPIs
- Contribute to service innovation across Therapy Services including Early Intervention and Assistive Technology
- Provide expert guidance on complex clinical and operational challenges
- Drive continuous improvement and champion best practice across the team
About You
You’re a people-focused leader with strong clinical and operation capability, and a genuine passion for high-quality Therapy Services. You bring:
- A relevant Allied Health qualification with current registration or membership
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a complex service environment
- Strong understanding of strengths-based, person-centered Therapy Services
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources and performance
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience driving service improvement, innovation and change
- Experience in disability or the NDIS sector (desirable)
- Right to work in Australia and ability to obtain required clearances
