Senior Customer Service Officer (Therapy Services)

  • $72,266 to $73,629 pa + super + salary packaging

Full Time | Based in South Hub (Murdoch) | Fixed Term contract until end of March 2026

About the role

As a Senior Customer Services Officer, you will:

  • Work closely with South Hub Therapy Team Leaders and Manager
  • Manage complex administrative tasks and support continuous improvements
  • Handle financial processes including billing, NDIS claims, account reconciliation and reporting
  • Maintain accurate customer records and support systems, including onboarding and student placements
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, therapists, and internal teams
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments; support reception and general office operations
  • Prepare professional correspondence and documents; manage supplies and purchasing in line with business need

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a senior administrative or client-facing role
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple systems
  • Well-developed computer skills and experience within Microsoft Office
  • A collaborative, values-driven approach with a passion for supporting others
