Speech Pathologist

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to customers living with disabilities, including assessment, intervention, reports and case management
  • Empower customers to realise their abilities and achieve a lifestyle of their choice through a person-centred approach
  • Use the key worker model to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Work across clinic and community settings
  • Liaise with families, schools, hospitals, agencies and community services
  • For those in leadership roles: Provide real-time guidance and mentorship to support clinical excellence, professional growth and team performance

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Right to work in Australia
  • National Police Clearance within 6 months
  • Driver’s License
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module
  • NDIS Worker Screening check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
