We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to champion movement and postural care for people living with disabilities. Whether you're already skilled in this space or keen to grow, you'll be supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.


About the Role

You’ll deliver evidence-based therapy through assessment, intervention, reporting and case management, while mentoring clinicians and collaborating using the Key Worker model with a particular focus on assistive technology.

Work across key areas including:

  • Posture & Mobility – customised seating, manual and powered mobility
  • Sleep & Positioning – comfortable, quality sleep and 24 hour postural and respiratory care
  • Functional Movement – Biomechanical, Gait, Spinal, Lower Limb, Respiratory, Hand and Upper Limb

What You’ll Do

  • Empower customers to live life their way
  • Work across hub and community settings
  • Liaise with families and external supports (hospitals, schools, agencies)
  • Champion a learning culture and person-centred care

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience as an OT or Physio and passion for assistive technology
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Driver’s Licence and ability to travel for community visits
  • Relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening, WWC, Police Clearance, First Aid)
