About the role

⏰Part Time (0.6 FTE, 45 hours per fortnight) | 📍 Wanneroo and Yanchep  | 📅 Permanent

As a Clinical Lead Speech Pathologist, you will:

  • Lead the way in delivering evidence-based therapy that’s tailored, meaningful, and individualised
  • Support our team - share your knowledge, build confidence, and drive clinical excellence 
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team using the key worker model
  • Provide services in both hub and community settings
  • Build strong relationships with families, schools, hospitals, and community services.

 

Your Story

You’re an experienced Speech Pathologist with SPA membership and a passion for leadership. You’ve got a track record of clinical excellence and a drive to keep learning.

You bring more than skills - you bring energy, creativity, and agile thinking to drive clinical excellence. You thrive on variety, mentoring colleagues, and celebrating wins that lift the whole team.

We’ll need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility)
  • Driver’s Licence & ability to travel for community visits
  • Required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children, National Police Clearance, First Aid)
