Administration Officer – Employment & Community

  • $63,469 - $64,916 / annum + Super + Salary packaging

About the position

As an Administration Officer, you will provide an effective and efficient support to the Employment & Community team through the implementation of quality systems and processes, high level of compliance, and excellent personnel skills.

This is a Fixed-Term position until 30 June 2026 based in Malaga.

As an Administration Officer, you will also:

  • Providing administrative support for grants related program including onboarding employees and checking the needs of development for activities and tasks
  • Preparing reporting for Department of Social services and NDIS on grants related activities and workplans
  • Processing NDIS claims through the Customer Management System (CMS) and
  • Liaising with internal and external parties
  • Developing training materials from content provided
  • Organising training and induction sessions
  • Answering queries in regards to AWA employment supports services for people with disability

About you

What we'll need to help kick-start your journey with us:

  • Experience using administration systems including CMS, ERP’s and Microsoft products
  • Great administrative skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance no older than 6 months, Current Driver’s Licence, NDIS Workers Orientation Module, NDIS Worker Screening check and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
